When was the last time you tried to draw something or take a photograph with a camera (not with your phone)? You’ll be amazed at what a difference doing something creative can make on your life. If you can joining a course or get some books out from your local library. Then just spend a couple of hours each week pursuing your chosen subject.
Not only will you find this a lot more relaxing, but you’ll also find you’ll learn things about yourself. The more relaxed you are with who you are will help to unleash your inner creativity better.
