Way 4 – Start To Meditate
Meditating often isn’t only great for helping you to relax but will help to ensure that both parts of your brain work in harmony. But of course you’ll say you haven’t got the time? What would you say if I said that you only need to put aside 5 minutes each day to do it?
It is possible if you carry out the following classic technique. Start off by just closing your eyes and taking control of your breathing. Then once you start to feel yourself relaxing even a little bit spend a few minutes looking at where your awareness has taken you.
