6 Keys To Truly Restful Sleep

1. Make Sure You Stick To A Sleep Schedule

You need to be going to bed and getting up each day at a similar time, even at the weekend, when on holiday or when you have a day off work. By being consistent you are helping to increase your body’s sleep/wake cycle. This will in turn help you to get a better night’s sleep.

But should you find that when you go to bed you aren’t falling asleep within 15 minutes then get up and doing something you find relaxing. Then go back to bed when you feel tired. When you start to worry you aren’t falling asleep you’ll find it even harder.
